We are proud to present the “Chester County UNITED in Kindness” campaign, an initiative dedicated to showering appreciation and support to the unsung heroes of our community – the employees of local nonprofits.

Join us in spreading warmth, gratitude, and kindness during the week of February 12-16, leading up to Random Acts of Kindness Day on February 17.

Let’s unite in kindness and make a lasting impact on the lives of those who dedicate themselves to bettering our community.

How You Can Get Involved

Below are simple and impactful ways the community can celebrate and support nonprofit employees at their workplace:

  • Thank-You Notes: write heartfelt thank-you notes expressing appreciation for the hard work and dedication of nonprofit employees.
  • Catered Meals: Arrange for local restaurants or catering services to deliver meals to the nonprofit’s office, providing a delicious and stress-free lunch for the employees.
  • Surprise Treats: Organize surprise treats like snacks, desserts, or coffee deliveries to the office to add a touch of joy to the workday.
  • Community Shout-outs: Utilize social media platforms to give shout-outs to individual nonprofit employees, highlighting their contributions and impact.
  • Gift Cards or Vouchers: Provide gift cards or vouchers for local services, restaurants, or entertainment venues as tokens of appreciation for nonprofit employees to enjoy in their free time.

These simple gestures can create a positive and supportive community environment, acknowledging the valuable contributions of nonprofit employees and boosting their morale.

We want to hear your stories! If you participate in the campaign, please share your experiences with us.
