Work one-to-one with a camper/child with disabilities (ages 6 to 12), have fun working with mini farm animals, and make a difference while earning volunteer hours! Camp Geronimo runs Monday through Friday 8am to 2pm. Counselor training will be provided.

As a bit of background, The Barn at Spring Brook Farm is a small non-profit located on a 17 acre farm in West Chester, PA. Our organization offers programs for children with special needs and their families. With a strong focus on animal-assisted activities and connecting with the world through nature-based experiences, we strive to enrich the developmental skills and lives of children with disabilities and create a caring, supportive community for kids and their families.

The true stars of the show here at The Barn are the fabulous horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, bunnies, a hilarious pig, and a sweetheart of a cat! These animals, the property, and the kindness of so many volunteers truly helps to allow our kids to become even more magnificent versions of themselves.

We are a tiny organization with a BIG heart. In order to accomplish our day- to -day operations, The Barn at Spring Brook Farm depends on a strong base of volunteers to help serve our children and families. Be a part of something meaningful and volunteer today!
