United Way of Chester County is pleased to announce the appointment of Kari Sullivan as the new Director of Resource Development. Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role including fundraising, workplace campaign management, mobilizing volunteers, disaster relief, and immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts. Her responsibilities will include leading the organization’s fundraising initiatives, working closely with donors, corporate partners and community leaders to build sustainable funding streams. With her extensive experience in community engagement, she will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s efforts to secure resources and support for the community’s most pressing needs.

Sullivan started her United Way career in 1996, where she worked in various roles to learn all aspects of the United Way system throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware regions. She enjoys spending time with her family at the Delaware Beaches.
