Join the Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) by becoming a volunteer!
Each year, the BVSPCA helps thousands of animals find their forever homes, locate their families if they’re lost, and seek vital medical care for any injuries or health conditions. Our volunteers play a large role in the helping to improve the animals’ wellbeing and happiness while they’re in our care. The following are just a few of the opportunities we have available for our volunteers: walking dogs, handling cats, assisting with pre- and post-surgery at our Animal Health Center, and helping to engage the community with our animals and mission.
The BVSPCA welcomes volunteers starting at age 13! We also have a junior volunteer program for those 8-12 years old to come volunteer with a parent or guardian! Excited to get started?
