Disaster Action Team Specialist
In this role, you help comfort and support people in your community who are forced from their homes due to fires, storms, floods and other emergencies, so they don’t have to face their loss alone. You will help them with immediate needs such as shelter, food, clothing. You respond on scene in teams of two. This opportunity requires 4 on-call shifts per month, each six hours, at your convenience. You schedule when you are available, and when you get the call, need to be able to respond within an hour.
