Through expert-led sessions, peer collaboration, and a hands-on nonprofit challenge project, participants gain real-world insights into board governance, community needs, and the nonprofit landscape in Chester County (and beyond!).

What began in 2001 as Chester County Leadership Connection has grown into what is now a cornerstone program for developing civic-minded leaders across sectors. Now, Leadership Chester County, this one-of-a-kind program has prepared hundreds of professionals to serve their communities and become stronger board members, colleagues, and community advocates.
