WHAT'S OLD IS NEW AGAIN! Spotlight: Allan-Sherman-Hoff

Allen-Sherman-Hoff has been a United Way supporter for well over 20 years, and is so deep in their United Way commitment that even with their 2010 move to Exton from their original location in Malvern they didn’t skip a beat. Employee Campaign Chair Jim O’Malley was quick to reignite their partnership with United Way of Chester County and show that the company was ready to continue their United Way commitment right here in Chester County. Says Jim, “The United Way Campaign at Allen-Sherman-Hoff enabled the staff to share in a common goal that brought us together both professionally and socially while benefitting those in need in our community.”
Denim days, bagel Mondays and soft pretzel Wednesdays are just a few of the events that helped Allen-Sherman-Hoff raise more than $7,700.00, with 56% of the employees participating.
We are proud to have Allen-Sherman-Hoff as a new partner with a long United Way tradition. “Allen-Sherman-Hoff, along with its parent company Diamond Power International, has been a long time contributor and supporter of the United Way and is excited to form a new partnership with the United Way of Chester County,” says Thomas E. Moskal, General Manager of Allen-Sherman-Hoff.
Since 1917, Allen-Sherman-Hoff has engineered, manufactured, and supplied equipment for the Material Handling Industry with a major emphasis on the handling of fly ash and bottom ash for electric power generating stations.
