United Way of Chester County is committed to creating positive sustainable changes in community conditions for all residents in need by mobilizing the caring power of the Chester County community.

Chester County is a community where all residents in need have the opportunity to achieve a vibrant and healthy quality of life.
Responsibility
United Way of Chester County is engaged in a five-year plan to allocate by 2010 more than $10 million dollars to community services that demonstrate a commitment to holistic problem solving, and a focus on service-delivery based upon best practices and proven results.

United Way’s commitment to the Chester County community includes implementation of the following key tactics to ensure success. We will:
